To initiate the commission process, follow these simple steps:

1. Send a message through my "Contact Form."

2. Email a few good quality photographs of your beloved pet to contact@natalyagetmanfineart.com

3. Clear, detailed photos result in more realistic portraits.

4. I will personally communicate and collaborate with you to finalize the portrait's composition.

5. After confirming the composition, a 25% deposit is required to secure your commission.

6. The remaining balance will be due upon completion.

Please note that the size mentioned refers to the paper dimensions, not the actual portrait size. For example, when you order an 8x10 size, your pet's image will be proportionally placed within that framework. 8x10 (Perfect for a single pet) 9x12 (For 1 or 2 small pets) 11x14 (Perfect for 2 pets)

I take pride in creating pet portraits that last a lifetime. To achieve this, I use top-quality surfaces like Pastelmat and Drafting Film, renowned for their archival qualities. I carefully select the drawing surface that best suits your pet's unique essence and the desired technique.

Each portrait is unique, and complexity can affect the time required. Typically, my portraits take between 20 to 40 hours to complete. Upon receiving your deposit, I will provide an approximate completion date based on my schedule and waitlist.

If you require a portrait with three or more pets, the size and price will be customized to accommodate your specific request. Some portraits require more hours of work, for example horses. The prices for those portraits will be customized considering the complexity.

Shipping and handling within the US are included in the cost. For international orders, additional fees will apply based on the destination.
