Refund Policies

Thank you for choosing Natalya Getman Fine Art for your pet portrait commission!
Your satisfaction is important, and clear communication is key to ensuring a positive experience.
 

Deposits and Payments:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your commission and begin the artwork.

  • The remaining 75% must be paid in full prior to the artwork being shipped.
     

Refunds and Returns:

  • Due to the personalized nature of the artwork, refunds are not available once the commission has started.

  • All sales are final.
     

Damaged Artwork:

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • Provide clear photographs of the damage along with packaging to help us assess the issue.

  • If verified, we will gladly replace the artwork at no additional cost to you.
